Ruskin’s scope of work encompassed the design-build of a 10.2-meter wide by 329-meter long, pile-supported, non-composite resource bridge for the Site C dam project for BC Hydro. Designed by Allnorth Consultants, the bridge was constructed in 120 production days, with both day and night shifts operating on a seven/ten schedule. The project was completed with zero lost time incidents or injuries, totaling 27,680 man-hours. It was finished two weeks ahead of schedule, on budget, and with no lost time incidents or injuries.
